“Sam recommended and implemented our cloud based accounting package and financial processes. She also manages the financial operations and compliance obligations of our business. We have found her to be thorough and efficient, with her work to such a standard that minimises our accountancy expenses. I highly recommend Book$ Management to anyone needing a bookkeeper / BAS Agent.”
Jeff, J & S Sweeping Pty Ltd
“Sam from Books Management has been looking after, firstly my son's accounting for over two years and then when my son and I started our business Probity Investments, Sam was integral to the business and has been invaluable to us. Her business acumen, her wonderful friendly service and her attention to detail and promptness set her apart from others. I highly recommend and have recommended Sam to others and would have no hesitation in being a referral point for her, well done Sam.”
Mrs Sandra Morson, Probity Investments Pty Ltd
“Samantha Brackley of Books Management came highly recommended, I found her to have a solid knowledge of her work. My issues were dealt with effectively and efficiently. In addition, she was willing, and able to communicate causes, solutions, and make recommendations in a pleasant and approachable manner. In one hour we found more value than in attending a seminar, or trying to make things understood in numerous calls and miscommunications with a software "help" desk. At my request, she even made a small manual with pictures and captions, with words of one syllable for me to follow – and kept a straight face!”

“We are a reputable accounting firm in Brisbane CBD, we have been using Sam for the last 3-4 years. Our clients are very happy about her services, always accurate and efficient. We found her work is even to an Accountant standard which means we can spend less time on clients' compliance work but have more time on value adding activities for our clients. Sam is always helpful, loyal and friendly, we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good bookkeeper as some clients told me that you gonna win a lotto to find a good bookkeeper!”
